Excellent value easy access in and out $12 weekends. Close to Rittenhouse Square in the downtown area. This was an epic find!

Parked here for a convention last year in February (2023). Stayed in Philly for about 2 days. Parked here for those 2 days with no issue. Parking was easy to find and was plentiful during that weekend. Would park here again. Just don't lose your parking ticket they give you when you initially park. Good price for the 2 days. Not too expensive compared to a hotel's valet parking ($66 to park for one day at Marriot nearby...)

Best place to park here. Very much mear to center of Philadelphia. Just walkable to love park area. And many museums. Best price in Philadelphia 7$ on weekend. I really like this parking place. Very much comfortable.

Olivia is a dream! I often had questions and she was always patient and quick to response with a resolution. I was a monthly parking customer and I love that I often saw security walking through the lot. My only complaints are the elevators and dirty conditions. Parking authority needs to clean the stairs and elevator landings on a regular basis. And the elevator broke a few times which is highly problematic for disabled customers. Suggestion: Please add more handicap parking spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors. That way if the elevator is broken people with mobility issues can come and go.

Came for a shift at my job, parked a little after 6 and stayed till after 11 and was only charged $12. Consistently the best lot in center city.
